It may bolt up, Im not sure as I've never done it myself. I would try to find a suburban seat with brackets and everything that way if the seat won't bolt in to your brackets you can just bolt in the suburban brackets and be good to go.
Not sure if that'll work since the K5 rear seats are bolted down in the front and flip up where the Burb rear seats are completely removable. At least that's how they were in my '78 and '89 Blazers and my dad's '85 Burb... You might be able to make it work if you can find the brackets but I've never compared them side by side before to verify if things will swap right over.
Good call I'm doing the same thing with my '89 K5 and the rear/3rd row seat from a 02 Burb. I like having the shoulder seat belts and being able to take it out is always a plus.
