Seat Swap! Need opinions 98-2004 Integrated belt or 88-94 cloth stripe.

Yall have any opinions here? Going in a 91 full vert conversion and trying to decide between the two.

Pro and cons -
Good.
88-94 Truck Cloth stripes are super comfy, appear to hold up well.
Easy mount, flips forward, base slides forward for back seat access.
Blue color matches truck.
Cheaper. I can get 60/40 split for $100
60/40 Keeps dog in backseat

Bad
Seat belt mount on roll bar? Tall and short will drive truck so bar mount might be far back for the shorter drivers.
Harder to clean?
60/40 = no console.

98-2004 Integrated with seat belt in seat
Good
Modern seat (Comfy? I haven't spent hours in one).
Seat belt right there.
Can get 40/20/40 with jump seat console

Bad
Extra fab for heavy backing plate seat base mount.
No flip and slide (correct?)
Spendy $$
I have seen a few that seem like the seat material and foam aren't holding up real well.
Not available in blue.

Which way would yall go?

I have some of the newer chevy seats with the seat belts mounted in them like your talking about and they do tilt forward and slide manually not like the factory passenger seat but close to it. The issue that I see is cup holders, makes me wanna run just the 2 seats and the factory console and not the jump seat but then having the extra seat would be nice too. My Dad's 05 GMC has the same seats too and i prefer them over our 99 Tahoe seats.
