I am looking for ideas on a junkyard seat swap. I haven't seen any blazers with good seats, but there are plenty of wrecked late models at my U-wrench_it. What works with minimin fabing. I don't have a cage yet.

I have fabbed several sets of brackets for people to use middle to early model ecipse bucket seats in a blazer. They are the same width but longer front to back so you can just make some brackets similar to factory with the top mounting points further apart lengthwise front to back. Alot of times they have built in lumbar support and recline so they are really nice if you find them in good condition, here is a pick of one of mine that I put in my last blazer, and I made the supports of of welded up angle iron ground smooth and rivetted diamond plate to the sides.
