I HIGHLY doubt it but don't know for sure. You could always find a way to make them fit.

a couple holes will line up, but just a couple, you simply need to use a large/body mount type washer or weld in a plate to spread the load. your year blazer should have a heat shield, its the only thing in the way on one side. its an afternoon job, 1 day if you are paul and want it perfect..
