Just bought my first blazer (so new to the blazer world and this site! ) and wanting to get a soft top instead. Appears to be in good shape. I believe it is a 73' but the blazer I bought is an 85 with a convertible conversion so I don't know the donor year- maybe someone can help me figure that out?
Looking to get 700 OBO. Located in the Grand Rapids, MI area.
Thanks!

Price drop- 600 or make an offer. Bought the soft topper so this should go!

No disrespect - Not sure what the market for ‘73-75 hardtops are, but people have a hard time giving 76-91 hardtops away. Everyone wants soft tops. Best of luck with unloading it.

None taken, I honestly had/have no idea on price but i saw one on here for 700 and some on craigslist around the country for anywhere between 700-1000 (asking price of course). Talked with a guy who sells/installs soft tops and he thought around 500-600. I agree on the 76-91 for sure though and thanks!

I think the market for $$$ full convertible tops are really the ones that include a windshield frame / doors for people making the switch to a full vert.

that's probably true, but I had a guy come up and pay full price over the weekend :dunno:.. he was a parts guy had tons of blazers (including a few chalets- cool!!) so kept his contact info and parted ways! :woot:

I just found a full vert hard top for $250, now you got me thinking I should just buy it because apparently its a steal

lol maybe you should! is it in good shape? Where did you find it.. ive searched FB and craigslist all over the country and couldn't find many to compare.

Well when I did have a 73 without a top, I was willing to pay $250 for a perfect top, but found a free one that needed some attention and one for $100 that was faded and needed paint .

I ended up parting the truck so I didn't get either

Any chance you'd be willing to share the parts guy's info? I'm looking for an original windshield mount rear view mirror and bracket but can't find one anywere...
