Sector Gear replacement help

My key broke off and I'll replace the ignition but the little sector gear is grinding on my way right now to go get a new one just wondering if there's a link that covers installing this thing thank you

I don't know what link would help you, but @brans87 did a thread.
I would recommend checking the root mount bolts while you have it down that far. I grease moving parts when I go back together. So other than the obvious, I'm no help.

Right on thanks. Stayed all night and figured it out. Good as new.
