The factory emissions sticker is missing. What settings did this sticker provide? Fast idle and warm/curb idle? If you have a 78 blazer with a 350 would you chime in with the settings on this sticker and also state what emissions you have. The two emisions I believe are California and Federal.
My guess is there are two numbers
1. Fast idle is for choked operation...how fast the engine runs when its cold.
2. Curb idle
