Not sure if there is a kit to do this available or if this was custom but it was a clean job. Straight axle and I couldn't see any lockouts.

My guess is it's on a JKU Jeep frame. That rear arm looks like the JKU rear arm. It wouldn't be too bad to drive I imagine, I remember my wife's old PT felt like a truck in the cabin, although you were low to the ground. You can fit a ton of stuff in there once you fold those rear seats down.

I can understand the conversion. We had a PT for a service tech vehicle. Fixed just about every damn thing on the thing at least once. Couldn't even keep air in the tires. Drove good when it didn't have an issue so I can say it drove good once or twice a year.
