is there a such thing? i thought k30s only came in full float versions? i found an older body style k30 sitting on the side of the road, the same body style as the full convertable k5s. could it be a dana 60? did chevy ever use any other rear end in the k30s other than the corp 14 bolt? and also what years does this body style fall under? it is also 4wd. dana 60 front?

It sounds like someone already swapped out the axles. I did the same thing when my brother needed an engine for his crewcab K30. I got one tons and he got a running 350 and my 3/4 ton axles in exchange :D

ive seen SRW 88-up c3500's with semi floater rears,

i dunno how or why, but they are running aorund, see one now and then, all stock untouched company trucks and such,

dunno,,

Saw the same the other day, SRW '88+, box on the back company truck, 14SF in the rear.
