OK, I know this has been talked about all over but I just need a true answer. I’m buying a new tank for an 87 blazer going to install a pump in the tank, but I want to know as far as the sending unit for my LQ9. I’m putting in here do I need a four outlet or three outlet? I just can’t get a direct answer.all going in 78 K5

Why do you assume some of the answers aren't true? Not all LS swaps are the same thing. Are you using the returnless system from the LQ9 or swapping to LQ4 rails? Will you have the EVAP system running? Will you incorporate the K5 charcoal canister or bring in one from an LQ9 truck? These are the questions you need to answer and preferably put together a sketch of this plumbing.

not at all I do believe the answers but I’ve read so much of it. I still maybe I’m getting myself confused but what I wanna do is use a pump in the tank the Corvette filter and regulator on the frame rail and I don’t honestly know the answer as far as return that’s why I was asking about the three or four I do not wanna run a canister no, I’ve read so many of them. I guess I was just looking for someone to tell me that truly knows hey, get this for outlet. Sending unit use the AC pump in the tank and put the vet filter regulator here. The LQ9 is out of 04 ESCLADE and I do appreciate all the help and info. I think I’ve read myself into being confused on which way to go.

No high horsepower build may be a cam intake and headers that will be it

Yes, I know that but I guess what I meant is other than adding a cam and intake and headers that’s all I’m gonna do to that motor. I’m not gonna eat searching for higher horsepower. I guess I meant.

It is 12 Bolt rear end 460 LE may be upgraded a little bit

the corvette return system sucks just get a spectra 3 line sending unit and run a return line to the tank with a in line fuel filter and the factory regulator from the lq9 setup on the fuel rails.

I used this on my swap, super easy and life time guarantee on fittings.

Beautiful I was looking at that spectra. I will get the tank from LMC for an 87 blazer at spectrum sending unit and a pump to go with. I really appreciate the help that answers my questions.

Anyone have an opinion on the LMC gas tanks

And floor pans and or all body from them

What year vett reg is best to use

I just wanted to check with you guys in using the Spectra sending unit. I noticed they offer a driver side and passenger side. I’m assuming that’s just stating which way the sending unit line face either towards the driver side frame or passenger. Thank you
