So the truck had roughly 6-8" lift, blocks in the rear, a spring pack up front. When I'm done swapping axles I want the truck back at stock height. The rear is, of course just removed the blocks. But the front, has 7 leaves, or 6/1over load I guess.

Just wondering if I remove all but the top two, like the front of my Blazer is. I'm sure it's not quite the same, probably will have to play with it, perhaps use three. I dunno.

Superlift 01-238

Or if someone wants them, and I could get stock leaves. Driveline was at a bad angle, clutch linkage was binding, steering was piss poor. You know, typical "I'ma toss a lift kit on and go". :dunno: Hell the rear U bolts were 1/2ton squeezed around a 14bsf back to 1/2 ton spring plates.

I have a good set of stock front springs laying in my shed. Need bushings, already removed one of the rear bushings but decided not to go any farther. Center pins are gone as well but a grade 8 5/16s bolt will work.

Any way, they are just laying around if you want them. If you had an extra set of factory 52" rear springs we could trade otherwise you can just have them if you want them.

Edit: looks like one spring has a cracked main leaf. They've been sitting in my scrap pile for years, that may be the reason why I abandoned the bushing swap.

It might work if your shackle angle is very forgiving. My guess is not. The lifted springs are longer because of the arch even though the distance from the eyes are same as stock. In other words if were to flatten it out, the lift spring leafs are longer than stock.
