Serp Belt on a scion Xb???

Don't worry, it's not mine its the girlfriends . Is this job going to be a PITA? I haven't looked under the hood yet so I don't know what I'm dealing with. Anybody here changed one before? Will I need any special tools besides the belt tension release dealie?
