Texas. In a van, down by the river!
EDIT: Sold the 4 tires that were mounted to the similar style wheels. Still have the 4 wheels available, as well as the single spare tire/wheel that has no dry rot. Asking $250 for the set of 4 wheels and $175 for the spare wheel/tire combo. The spare would make a great spare for anyone who needs just a spare 35" on an 8 lug rim. Tire has no dry rot cracking from what I can tell, and 100% tread.

Set of 35x12.50 R 16.5 BFG All Terrain Tires mounted on 8 on 6.5 Lug Aluminum Rims. Set of 4 are the same style rim (I think they are either Prime wheels or Progressive), and the fifth one is mounted to the same size wheel, but it is a Baja style wheel (I think it's an American Racing). The spare (baja style) has never been used on a vehicle. It was my spare tire that never got used. The other set of 4 tires probably have about 5,000-6,000 miles on them. I had them on a Suburban years ago and pulled them off to get bigger tires and wheels. These have been sitting around for several years waiting for me to use them for another project. I recently had all of the wheels wet sanded and polished and they look really nice. Good shine on them. I mounted them on my Blazer and my wife thinks I need a mud tire with a more aggressive look to it. Might bump up in size a bit too since I think I have room in the fenders to go a little larger.

Located in Houston, TX. I would prefer to sell local, but I can strap them to a pallet and ship them from a loading dock at work if needed. Buyer would be responsible for arranging and paying for shipping. Loading dock is located in 77547 zip.

Mine are cracking in the same area, of course I have no idea how old they are.,.

@Big Ray read the dot code on the sidewall down by the bead . 3rd set of 4 digets = age .

1204 = 12th week of 2004 / 3412 = 34th week of 2012 / 2217 = 22nd week of 2017 . . . you get the idea.

Unless it just has 3 digits. Prior to 2001 tires used 3 digit codes with just the last digit of the year marked. So 120 could be 12th week of '90 or '80 or even 2000. Not a great calendar, IMO.
