On the TBI 350, which plugs do I have to unplug to set the base timing? Also, what should the base timing be? I was told it was around 8 BTDC, is that about right...thanks

Chris

The connector that needs to be disconnected to set timing is a black connector with a tan/black SINGLE wire, located outboard of the brake booster. Be sure to reconnect when done.

The correct timing for a 350 TBI motor is 0 degrees...the computer adjusts timing during operation.
