i got an 88 chevy p/u with a d44 front axle. the po put some tiny ass coil over on that look like they were made for a honda or something. what shocks are you guys running? has about 4 inches of lift and i like to flex alot but the tiny shocks totaly kill that. can i retain the stock shock hanger or do i have to lower it?

I'm running procomp es3000 shocks. They seem to work well for me.I have no complaints. They should just bolt in unless the PO did some messed stuff to the mounts

I had those on mine with a procomp $2 lift and they were ok but now I've gone to a Tough country EZ 4" spring on the front they're 2" too short. Guess the EZ ride springs flex more??
