Since I have been working on getting this 60 all completed under my K5, Lunatic noticed that my p-side shackle is binding up. It is binding up so much that we could easily line up the front d-side spring with the front hanger, but had to loosen the p-side shackle bolt (the one going through the bushing in the frame).

Is there a specific torque value that they are supposed to be at?

I'll get pics as soon as it's light out if I remember before work, but it also looks like the shackles are not perfectly perpendicular with the ground, they are not parallel to each other. The outer shackle link is angled in from top to bottom and the inner shackle is straight up and down. Both the driver and passenger side look like this. Do I need spacers? I have a FUSH to install from DIY4X, just want to make sure I do this right the first time.

4" Pro Comp lift springs, stock front hangers, believed to be stock shackles and FUSH.

Sounds like your shackles are bent. How are the bushings in the frame eye?

Bolt torque on the shackles is 50 ft/lbs.

The shackles aren't bent, the bushings are allowing them to bow in. I think the springs are narrower than stock. The front hanger seems to be bent in a little too. The bushings are crap, good thing this FUSH came with new ones.

What springs do you have? I know the super lift springs use a special bushing.

Poly or rubber bushings?

If your using stock rubber bushings in the spring and the beef hangers with poly bushings with the wide shoulder kurt sell then you either need to space it at the spring or get wider shouldered bushings.
