My truck is a 73 3/4 ton with the stock 14 bolt 1 ton rear end so I am confused about which Shackle Reversal kit I need. Do I need the one for 1 ton trucks since it says the spacing is different on the 1 ton rear ends? Or will the 1/2 and 3/4 ton kit be the one I need?

If the truck is a 3/4 ton, with a 14 bolt you need the 3/4 ton kit.

The axles are the same between a 3/4 ton & a 1 ton but the spring perches & shock mounts are in diffferent places.
Also the spring hangers (on the frame) are different between the 3/4 & 1 ton frames.

Hope this helps.

Yup, if you have a 3/4T truck, you use the 1/2 and 3/4T flip. You only use the 1-ton flip on a K30 truck.

just wondering, can you use the 1 ton flip on a 3/4 frame w/ a 1 ton rear end and 1 ton front mounts? the only differance is the offest correct?

You can do it that way, most people change the perches on the axle since the front mounts don't fit everything and most of the time you just get the axle. Either way will work.

just wondering for future referance, i got me a 14 bolt out of a 3/4ton so i bolted right in anyways. its just nice to have those tidbits for the future. besides, if your doing a custom suspension with leaf springs, you might verywell move the front mount, so why not replace it and swap to 1 ton stuff at the same time to make it easier on yourself? :D
