Did anyone else have a problem with the holes lining up right on your shackle flip? If so what did you do to correct it. Didnt know if I should weld it in place or just elongate the holes. Thanks

What brand?

I recently installed a used ORD flip on my K5 and the holes lined up fine. The holes in the flip were bigger than my frame so I drilled the frame to match.

Personally I'd elongate the holes, and then weld it.

my sky flip kit the holes in the frame and in the flip were both too small for the hardware they provided, instead of sending it back i just drilled the holes out to fit, i still have to get the two bottom holes there way way way off. i love the flip though adjustable beefy, great price im happy with it

I would call the manufacturer and find out what they have to say about your problem.

i should of probably gone with the ord flip but at the time it was on sale and im only 17 so money is very tight. i regretted getting it when i found the problem but its solved now

Im with you, I don't mind the extra work, the cost was down and they are very beefy. I just wanted to see what you guys have done to fix yours.

My Ord flip kit didn't line up with the bottom holes on one side and the side holes on the other side. I just stuck bolts in the holes i could, drilled the frame and bolted up the rest of the holes. Hope this helps, has been 1-1/2 years w/no problems.
