If I do the ord 2.5 inch Shackle Flip and the 2 inch tough country springs will that give me a total of 4 inches of lift ??? or 4.5 inches of lift

I plan on doing the tough country springs in the front but is it better for the ride quality to do the 4 inch springs out back or the 2 inch springs and 2.5 inch flip rember im going for ride quality here

I assume 4" springs in the front. Is this for the Blazer?

Do you feel that your current springs need to be replaced?

the front springs are old ass rancho springs and the rear springs are original springs that look pretty rusty just looking for the best option for ride quality to replace the whole system and keep the 4 inch lift :dunno:

I'd run the factory rear springs with a 4" shackle flip.

I have a set of 3/4 ton springs laying around im guessing they will make the ride harder as well or not so much ???

I'm runnin' 4" TC EZ rides up front and a new set of 'factory optional' HD leafs in the rear with a 4" shackle flip....and I HATE how the rear end rides, the new shocks helped immensely and the flip was a + in how it rides, but I'm looking for some new 56" leafs. If your going to use your 3/4 ton springs, I would pull 2-3 leafs out.

I have rear 3/4 leafs in the back of my blazer. You don't want this. It rides good on the freeway and around town, but get offroad and it's pretty choppy

Huh???

I've got 3/4 rear 56s in mine and it rides like a Caddy... I could get stupid flex before I put on the big tires...:dunno:

IMHO, a stock pack is the only way to go... Set everything else up for that pack and all you ever have to do is grab another stock pack from the junk yard...

It's a no brainer...

Dirtygoat: I believe I have 3/4 52" rears (6 leafs + overload) and it rides like a dumptruck. I have 56" 3/4ton suburban leafs waiting for the swap. :)

dunno if the OP was talking 56s or 52s
