shackle flip ?s

ive gotta do the homemade shackle flip from the tech articles for my 88 this weekend. what do ya'll reccomend as the best way to neatly make the cuts required. ive already got a 86 frame that its been done to and was debating cuttin gthe hangers off it for the 88 but was concerned with the safety of bolting on major suspension mounts like that. opinions guys?

home brew flip also dosnt address the shackle angle also . makes it to steep and hard ride. as the spring has to overcome the angle to go to the other side and flex out.

check the sale section . someone just had a 1/2 ton - 3/4 ton flip listed forsale if i recall.
