Shackle Flip

Ok...So im thinkin a bout doin my shackle flip pretty soon. But i have a back yard full of scrap steel and old chevys. So i was wondering if it would be safe to make my own instead of buying them? pretty sure i got all the steel but dont know the dimensions or if it would even be possible.

if you have a yard full of trucks, then just pull the front rear spring hanger off of one of them & put it in your truck as the rear rear spring hanger. later, buddy

If you have a bunch of trucks...do as BUDDY said. Or if you've got a welder, find some steel and make your own. A few people on here have made their own, if you search around you should find some info with the dimensions you need.
