The shackles on your burb and the ORD shackles are the same length. The zero rates will lift the rear 1" if that how much is sage you'll be set.

69-87 got a 4" shackle
88-91 got a 4.5" shackle
ORD heavy duty shackles are 4.5"
if you were putting these on an older truck, you would gain 1/4" lift, you are only raising 1/2 the spring so you get half the difference.

Thanks guys, I will just get the shackles, I didn't want to add lift if I didn't have to. Just wanted to upgrade my bent shackle.
