Is there anyway to the bushing in a stock rear shackle?

Also question about rear hangers, what years have differnet widths. there is a 78 and the hanger puts the spring over 2 inches from the frame, on my 82 its about an 1.5 inches away, is the 84 1ton that I am taking the frount hanger off going to be the same as my 82 blazer?

1 ton's use a different spring hanger width then 1/2 or 3/4 tons do.

As to the first question I am not sure I understand it but here goes. You can get to the stock bushings in the shackle, you just have to unbolt and remove the shackle from the hanger. This make is it's own piece and can be removed from the truck.

I just need to know if there is way to replace the rubber bushing in the shackle, I had made some 6 inch shackles out if some old stock ones, however I bent my hanger and now the bushing is shot, and I really don't want to make new ones.

thats what I thought about the 1tons untill I looked and there is an obvious difference between the other blazers we have but it looks real close to mine.

You can buy new shackle bushings. You have to drill out, torch out, press out, or hammer out the old ones from the shackle.
