So I have an 85 K10 with an all spring 4" Tuff Country Ez-ride suspention. I am also running a 2" body lift, and even with that combo my 35" tires still like to eat my fenders when flexed out and I refuse to cut my fenders as well.

A few months ago I ordered a new set of front shackles and the shackel hangers that have the bigger bushings from ORD. The shackles are supposed to compesate for the bigger lifted springs because I right now I am still running the stock front shackles. Can these slightly longer shackles help keep my tires out of my fenders? As of now I have no problems with the stock shackles as far as frame clearance and it still flexes pretty good even with the sway bar still in. Opinions?

The shackles add a minimal (1/4" IIRC) amount of lift, so it probably won't keep the tires out of the fenders.

I would extend your current bump stops or make new ones.
