shackles, opinions needed

I am looking at these on a website, and want to know if you think they would be strong enough for our rigs. it doesn't have any weight ratings on them, but it says this-
No, not the kind you find in the stockade... these are elephant-strong tow attachments! Each 4 x 3 1/4" with 5/8" bolt opening. Thick-as-heck steel. You get 10, for WAY less than any civilian hardware you could find

Is that a Nickel, Quarter, or Dime used for reference? Mil-Surp from Sportsmen's Guide? Not rated is what bothered me.

Get yourself some rated shackles with at least a 3/4" pin. You want a shackle rated at 4+ tons. Recovery is no spot to skimp on. You don't want to find out the hard way that those shackles are to weak and become little metal missles.
