Shackles

Hey guys I am going to be developing a new product. Nothing special just front shackles and was curious as to how thick YOU the end user think they should be? Also how long would YOU like them to be eye to eye for a factory replacement? These will never wear out around the bolt holes looking foward to your feed back. Thank you, Fab Works

3/8" thickness and between 4.5" and 7" length.

What else are you planning on selling? Not to be a negative nancy, but the custom shackle aftermarket isn't exactly sparse.

Working on more but trust me these shackles will be nice and very budget friendly 1/2 bolt holes?

To be "direct" replacement they need to have 7/16" holes...IIRC.
