Shafted!

Stockk5,

Meant to call you today but Monday was in the way. I'll get a hold of you tomorrow.

Just curious, were you ever able to do anything with the D60 axle shaft yoke set up? If so, could you incorporate this into one of your shafts?

I haven't had time to finish one as of yet. I posted pics of the one I started some time ago just haven't gotten back too it. Basically need to finish the othe yoke for the tcase end of the shaft and put them together.

I question whether or not it's worth it to pay someone to do this. It's a helluva good way to make a shaft capapble of alot of angle, problem comes from all the time it takes modifying the pieces to make it work. Axle shaft material sucks to turn in a lathe.:eek1: VERY hard stuff.

is this up on the site? i couldn't find it. i'm shopping around for driveshafts and 1410 yokes D60/14FF/np205. and i'm with some of these other guys, now that i found you, your gonna be all over my truck!

Haven't put them on the site yet. Just getting into them and working out the bugs in the supply lines. Give me a call and I'll get some information from you and get you a quote.

i also might be interest in a shaft, im new to the k5 community but i measured from the center of the fixed yoke in the 205 to the center of the yoke in the rear its 33 inches. my truck has a 6 inch suspenion lift so i guess i need a slip yoke rear shaft?

Yep.

We are currently experiencing some difficulties with our parts supplier so if you need something in a hurry, we may not be the right guys to help you right now.

We'll get all the bugs sorted out at some point and get things going again.

this is good news cause the local guy by me who was awesome just had a bad location(bound brook) flooded out and decided to close doors. everyone by me is pissed trucks to racecar guys and even me cause he even fixed my JD brush mower shaft that i twisted so expect some weird request from me.... typical farmer always pain in the butt

driveshafts and rear bumper

Hi Kert,
Could I get a rough quote for front and rear drive shafts? Both are 1410 at the axle yokes and 1350 CV at the transfer case fixed yokes. The truck is a long bed standard cab K30.

I'm looking for a rear bumper too. Any updates on your redesign?

Thanks

Driveshafts are on hold for a bit. Our parts supplier needs to remove head from ass before we can move forward. :haha:

Nothing new on the rear bumper design. Pretty swamped right now so, doing our best to keep up with orders. Added some more help today. Hopefully that will help us get caught up to the demand.

Are you making drivelines again yet? Dang I'm going to be ordering alot of stuff from you!

Nope, sorry!

Not until we get the bugs worked out in the supply chain. Last couple we did were problematic due to our supplier.
