shakle flip 1/2T to 1 ton..

I have 79 K10. If I order the shakle flip with my stock 1/2T rear axle, but upgrade to a 14bolt later will I have to re-order different flip brackets to work with the 14bolt? Thanks

1/2 ton and 3/4 ton use same frame hangers. the 1 ton is a diffrent set of frame hangers. moves the springs closer to the frame rails.

if you have 1/2 ton frame then get 1/2 ton flip kit.

when you swap to 1 ton rear find a 3/4 ton version direct bolt in. or 1 ton needs perches and shock mounts moved.

Thanks for the info, I'm a newb here and I have the 14b ready to go in, but I may look around for the 3/4T version now for the sake of simplicity.

in the vendor section that you might not beable to look in just under this offroad design section. there is a vendor by the name of cyberfire. he is diy4x4 parts. he just came out with a all new 1 ton version front hanger kit. and if you use this with a 1 ton flip kit that he does also it will work for you if you want to go this way.
