Shaved 14 Bolt

So I finally got the sawzall out and whacked off on my 14 bolt.

Fairly conservative but it's a lot harded to put it back than it is to take it off.

Now grind a "ramp" to were you cut it to, take the edge off.

I actually did after the picture was taken. Also re-sealed the diff cover and painted. Shoulda waited for the after pics but beer was kickin in...

Nice work. I used a portable band saw and grinder to do the same. I ended up with metal dust in my eyes despite using goggles :|

That is very similar to how I did it too. I took maybe 1/4" off and then made a ramp.

The piece that I'm holding in the picture is off the very bottom and it's prolly 3/4" thick. All the rest is likely 1/2" thick average.
