Has anyone been here recently?

I was planning on checking it out this weekend, and maybe camp overnight.

It will be my fist trip in my truck since I got it.

My goal with my truck was, cheap, and dependable. Not sure how well those two go together….

But I’m guessing I’ll find out this weekend.

My truck is mostly stock, just has a lift with 35s. Stock 350/350, open diffs front and back, stock gears in gm10/12 bolt.

Let me know if you have been in the area with in the last years or so.

Any heads up or info would help, thanks.

Here is where it is:

Havent been there myself but cleghorn is fun but you need an adventure pass from the rangers station first. Also look into cloudland truck trail. Leads you up to the 18 or Rim of the World hwy.

awesome, I checked out Cleghorn on Google, and the first images were of some jeeps turned over...

Do you know if you can camp up there?

Sheep Creek, goes right by a hiker trail that is a yellow post camp area.
