Are fenders off a 87 the same as 79????? and doors

no, fenders are different, 73-80, then 81-87(91) the earlier style is more rounded and the marker light is different, the hood mounts different, you basically need the whole front clip to match... and the doors are interchangeable, door panels and wing windows are different but work.

Doors yes, fenders no (unless you change out the all of the front sheet metal). The top of the fenders are more round in the 79 model and the hood is different.

I have 83 fenders, 79? half doors, 1 83 door driver side,and a 77 bed on my 87 all with no mods!
