Shifter knobs Needed bad

I got my new Twin Stick for the 203 in today and it looks sawwweeeeeeeeeet. The only thing wrong is I don't have shifter knobs to go on it. Where would be the best place to get some from? I know that you can get the universal one's from Advance auto and places like that, but does anyone know where to get some custom one's made? I've even kicked around the idea of having some made that have the gears and the Hi/Low ranges made into them. Just food for thought. Thanks as always for the info.

Do a google search for d300 twin stick on saw somewhere some made for those, they might work

Search the vendor section on Pirate, someone there does it but I can't remember who. I checked on some black knobs with the ranges engraved on them and was quoted $75.
