I don't think anyone makes an aftermarket shifter for the SM 465...

I tried making my own with a baseball and it worked until below freezing weather caused the glue to crack and the ball fell off the nuts (
) I used for threading. The thread count on mine is 5/8"-24, so as long as you find the right count, anything will work.

That would be a shifter knob...not the entire shifter assembly. Hurst does make several knobs that'll fit the SM 465 shifter.
