Shifting problem In 6.2

here's the deal I changed the tranny (TH-350) filter and fluid last weekend. Since then I have problems with the vehicle sometimes shifting and sometimes not shifting when i put in to drive, it stays in first. this didn't happen before I changed the filter and fluid.

I've gone through some troubleshooting trying to determine what my problem is.

1. I put some Lucas Trans lube, thinking My seals were going bad and slipping. This didn't not help.

2. I checked the modulator valve. Not this either.

3. I checked to see if the vacuum pump was working correctly. It was.

4. I bypassed the vacuum relay located on the injection pump with a coupling by connecting the hoses together. the tranny shifted very quickly and I can go through the gears manually and is very smooth.

so I'm guessing the relay has gone bad.

Does any one know of a part number for this item?

Does anyone have an good extra one that I could purchase?

Does anyone know anywhere besides the dealer ship where I can get one?
