Ok guys im looking to get a lil more out of the front shocks i have, im just about done the 53 inch alcan swap on the front. The pinion angle and shackle angle are almost perfect and the truck sits level(8inches of lift).

So what im going to make or have make are 1/2-3/8 tabs 4 inches long and 3 inches high with a hole in the middle for a rear shock upper bolt. The block will be threaded for the bolt instead of the nut, this will be welded to the top of the frame rail. So i need to know what size the bolt threads are that go thru the frame. Im thinking 1/2- 13 or 1/2-20, more so thinking the fine thread, i can only find pics online....help please...

The rear bolt i mean is threaded to bolt in the frame on one end then the shock and then a nut to hold on the shock. basicly a stud with threads on both ends....
