Hey guys I'm looking for any info involving installing the ford shock towers. I'm also looking for any info that pertains to shock cycling and or shock install. If it helps I am using a bilstein shock 15.96"/26.02"

I'm running 5" lift and shock towers. I've got 5.5" of shock shaft for up travel. I bottomed out the fronts in that GMOTM/avatar picture. Need about 1.5" more for cushion, suspension won't go that much more. Luckily, I've got 14" travel fronts to work with.
