Shock ID help

I have a 4" lift kit installed by the previous owner but have little history on the rig. The front springs have 3 leaves and are very soft. The front shocks are blown - #75101. They have yellow boots.

What mfg supplied this system? Perhaps Tuff Country from this link:

If your only clue is the softness of the ride, then it could be Tuff Country. BDS isn't on that list, but is also soft.
