I want to get some better shocks for my truck. Ive heard Bilstein are good shocks. I was on their website and they have a bunch of diff. style and lengths. How would I know which style and which size to get? I put my truck in their applications and they only come up with the 5100series. But I was looking at the 5150 and 7100 series, would either of these work as well? Also how can I measure to find out which length (collapsed and extended) I would need.
My truck has a 2" rough country lift and I dont foresee going any higher.
Also are the Bilstein one of the midrange priced better shocks to get? Obviously Id luv to do a full FOX setup, but I dont want shocks worth more than my whole truck, lol.
So , if anyone cares to give me the low down, Id appreciate it. maybe others can learn as well.
