Center eye to center eye they are 28" extended and roughly 17" collapsed. Hard to hold them collapsed and measure but there is 11" of shaft showing when fully extended. Lower eyes have a steel sleeve in the bushings while the uppers just have a rubber bushing. Labels are pealing and they are a bit dirty but the shafts are clean and no leaks.

Any idea how much use & abuse they have seen?

Don't really know for sure. I got them used a couple years ago and they've sat on a shelf in my shop since but I don't think they were used much.

The rubber bushings all look pretty good to me and they feel pretty good when you compress them and it's about all I can do to compress them and hold them. Shafts are clean with no rust, seals aren't leaking and no dents on the body. They are a little dirty, labels are pealing off and there are a few light scratches on the body.

That's about all I know about them.

Cool. If Brett doesn't take them I think these are the length I'm looking for. Gotta double check first.

Any chance you have a photo of the crossmember and skid plate? Looking for something I can bolt in and use as a second cross member (wanna make a full skid plate cover eventually). Thanks sir1

All I have is this skid plate, no crossmember.

Did he not want the shocks?

Yes he pmd me and we are working out the payment and shipping details. Sorry, I thought I posted up that they were sold pending funds.

i know this is a longshot because its an older thread, but would you by chance still have the skid plate?
I just put in a 700R4/208 combo in my 79, looking for a skid plate for the 208
