shop in washington state- cant remember name

i remember reading about a shop in western washington, iirc that was doing some doubler stuff, but i cant remember what the name of it was.

its really really bugging me and ive searched all over ck5, pirate, and google to no avail.

help me out if you have any idea what i am talking about!

no it was kinda obscure and i hadnt heard of it before, or since but they were doing interesting stuff with np231? and 241? doubler deals
