short bed 3/4 ton and towing

I have one of those (one of them, there's another name for it I think). its part of the straight line system, basically its a weight distribution and anti sway setup. Its awesome, and tamed even my k5 to tow 5000 lbs very stability, with wind gusts, and semi's, and I never once white nuckled.

The experience before it was... I'll just leave it like that.

These airbags bolt on the inside of the springs where there would be no contact with the tires. there are several ways to run the air lines 1- run seperate lines to each bag to adjust for different loads on either side of truck bed. 2- run both bags into a 3 way T to equalize pressure for both bags ;which is easiest to fill up and put a tire pressure guage on. 3- Buy a compressor for direct filling from your cab this is much more convieniant than scrambling to find compressed air to fill the bags. the onboard configuration depending on how you set up your air lines can either fill up bags individually or have an equalized air pressure to both bags (this option is more expensive because you will need a valve to switch between bags and to have seperate pressure guages). /forums/images/graemlins/usaflag.gif
