i searched google and ck5 but i cant find many pics of lifted short beds in the 73-87 range. i really want to have one instead of my k5, but for now i mainly just want to drool over some pics anyone?

I just pulled this one out of the weeds, where it had been for five years. My buddy blew the rear axle, and the tranny was broke (it was an automatic). I got it back together for him.

Here it is after I swapped in an SM465/NP208 from an '82 K10, and a set of 3/4 ton axles from a '79 K20.

im putting a crew cab on my truck and shortening the bed on back and front to fit on....

some mspainting I did.. so dont laugh.. the only side shot I had worth touching...

The first two pics are from before the paint went all crappy. I learned the hard way the "cheap" and "good" dont belong in the same sentence with paint but it was a good learning experience and Ill know better when I do it again.

The other pics are kinda old too but they're the only wheelin pics Ive got on the computer. Ill see if I can get some more loaded and possibly some of my other truck. I like short bed pickups too
