I am in need of some info for my 89 K5 350TBI. I just put headers on and the driverside is up against my oil filter if it was a Lil shorter itd b clear. So if anyone knows how to solve this please let me know

I have the same problem so I use a filter for a 79 Camaro with a 350. It is just a tad shorter to fit without hitting the headers.

Why not relocate the filter to the firewall with a filter relocation kit. You can even run dual filters if you like.

I'd much rather do a relocation kit, but I did the short filter as an interim fix. One of these days I'll get around to it.

I guess it also depends which one you have. The nape 1069 is shorter than a 1060.
The camaro one ie shorter but I don't know the part number.

Bigpappab should chime in. I put a very short oil filter on his blazer. Maybe he can get the part number off it

2000 Chevy Tahoe with 8.1. That's the one I use. Not have the number though.

A relocation kit is just about as long as the long filter. I have a relocation kit that is still in the box, because of that.

Ok, then thats a wix 57099, or a napa 7099. What I was thinking, but didn't want to say the wrong numbers.

I'll verifying tomorrow

same issue 1989 v10 blazer 350 tbi aux oil cooler and headers.
Bosch extreme dirt 3322
if you run a cheapy filter the fram line ph16 i think it is

The one for a Camaro I am running right now is a Napa Gold 1069. It is about 4.25" tall.

There are a bunch of them out there I have one on the truck and one as a spare course I don't have the numbers on either right now. But Summit sells a few of them one is a WIX one a FRAM and one a ROYAL PURPLE. They are shorter and real short for all the brands.
