Shot in the dark...

Alright well im picking up a 1986 SRW Crew cab that has a 6.2 diesel with 465/205 set up, the dash's markings are gone so i cant figure out the gear ratio.. just wondering what would guys would think would be in it? the truck is 3hours away so i cant just go pull and check the ratio anytime i want,, and i am really excited about getting it so just thinkin outloud here,, any guesses? pics later in the week....

with a gasser i would say 4:10 but w/ the diesel maybe 3:73, but really if i had to guess with all that weight i would hope GM saw fit to put some 4:10's in there. should be sweet though w/ that 465. good find and good luck- justin
