Should I be worried this is loose?

I don't even know what the hell this is, it's hanging down just inboard of the pass. front spring shackle, should I be concerned?

Oh, does anyone know what size bolts I need here also:

It's the bracket for pass side of the transfer case:

I think those t-case mount bolts are 5/8" coarse thread. /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

the thing plugs into your tranny, i cant remember exactly where but you should find it somewhere on that side towarsds the top or on the side. i found that lil thingy on my tranny, thats how i know. im not sure what it is though
