Should I get these?

GM Dana 60, king pin, 4:10 open diff full time complete hub to hub
14 Bolt FF 4:10 open diff complete hub to hub

Both of them out of a SRW truck, he wants 800 firm.
What do you guys think? Get them or hold out for a better find?
