Found this local ad.

1993 FORD F350 CREW cab, 4WD, 7.3 diesel, 5 speed, runs, looks good, needs clutch, $2500.

Shouldn't that truck have a 60 front?

A ball joint Dana 60 most likely. Billavista's writeup on PBB will be able to tell you.

yeah but it won't fit in a Chevy. The spring pad width is a few inches wider on the newer style Ford

Not an outrageous price for a diesel 4x4,even if it is a ferd--but their 7.3's are good motors--I know several people who own them and have over 300,000 hard miles on them.Must have something else wrong besides the clutch--maybe its rusty??--if not it sounds like a good deal for somebody. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

My High Pinion 60 is out of a 1979 Ford F350, I meant the newer style than where my axle came from /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif My axle is a direct bolt in for a chevy. Thats why I sold that stupid Chevy 60... wish I could have kept it but it was like having to choose which girl to go with, the blond or the brunette, you want them both but one has to go /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif
