Lever shift transfer case is worthless without the manual hubs.

Ya, manual hubs are great...they freeze up, break, are hard to spin, get smashed on stuff.
Thats why I am sticking with the stock drive flanges on my Dodge d60.
and it will cost me less than $100 to have them broached to 35 spline
to each his own.

Yep...that's what I'd run too, but not on a street truck.

I love balljoints and CAD's. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

King pins are better but ball joints are fine. I love the CAD system also....it works flawlessly. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
Yep, thats right, I don't have to get out and lock hubs and track crap into my truck because as soon as I shift the lever into 4Hi or Lo it locks automatically.
Oh and the lever shifted t-case has nothing to do with the hubs mechanically speaking. Lever actuated linkage just like your tcase that you obviously think is so much better.
Have a nice day./forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

You do have to get out of your truck when your CAD fails to engage and you're stuck because you don't have 4wd.
Congrats on missing the entire point of my post, either by stupidity or convenience, I can't tell if you just don't know any better or conveniently didn't get the entire idea of what I attempted to say. /forums/images/graemlins/histerical.gif /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif
