After spending the day in the TGIF parking lot, we decided to mix it up a little. Well, the property management didn't take it well. So they booted us even though we had permission from TGIF management. So we packed it in and went home.

The property management didn't want the liability of this:

what was the problem? i dont see any parking problems here on my end. he just must have been a ricer and dont like 4x4s at all. :D

they probably thought it would be too easy to push one of them off, or that they would flip over. Normal people think the simplest shows of articulation are INSANE. I've wowed people by articulating my stock burb onto a light pole base(in a mall parking lot).

SWEET looking YJ!!

What's the specs on it DP?? :D

That thing is UNBELIEVABLE!

Full 2" .120 wall DOM frame,
Ramjet 350
Built 700R4 with ORD Doubler twin sticked
Front and Rear 60s with full hydraulics on both. Get this, David @ Davco builds his own hydraulic cylinders. He even machines the clevis end into the shaft..

He is building me one for my front Rockwell. His cylinders are the best you can buy. They are aircraft quality. I will get more information about them after I get mine.

He is running 16" King coilovers
Triangulated 4 link rear
3 link front (Some kind of reversed three link)
Onboard welder

And more stuff that I can remember.

He said it took 16 months to build it. And that was working on it everyday.

LOL dude i know exactly what you mean.

because todays suvs are being used as cars people have no clue what a "real" piece of machinery can actually do...

I've watched that jeep show on speed countless times and I have yet not to laugh when people flip out going up a 30 degree hill that my honda could do. not to mention the 24 inches of standing water crossing(WEAK) and the "rock crawl" course they setup up(the damn things are only 3 inches tall) then after its all over the guy turns to the camera and says "only in a jeep". i wanted to puke.

You're diggin those tight jeans, aren't you? :rotfl:

C'mon guys be nice. ;) I was thinking how hard it must be to be the friend to the girl who always has a date with some guy you could only dream about (I guess it must have been heck for my friends  j/k) but then I thought maybe that's her mom and we're just getting a glimpse into the future 20 years down the road. :D Lesson= always meet the parents BEFORE getting into a committed relationship! (I really hope no one actually knows these people)

Kidding aside, looks like a lot of fun. Thanks for sharin' the pics.

I've always heard "if you want to know what your significant other is going to look like when they grow up is to look at there parents..." And that is the truth!
