The old Jimmy with the lift/tires removed. The new Blazer after installing the lift and tires. The next project after the blazer is finished. And the last is the towrig and trailer.Hope to have something other than driveway shots later this summer when the blazer is finished and My back is healed.

Thanks, I got the rack from a guy at Clemson 4wheel drive center in Clemson SC. He had bought a jeep top and the rack was on the top. He didn't want the rack, just the top.
 
First pic was my last ten bolt axle break. The rest of the pics are after it's upgrades.

Specs and upgrades are Dana 60 with Detroit, 14 bolt with Detroit, Ford shock towers, relocated front shocks, DIY4X inboard shock kit, DIY4X diff covers, NWF rear high steer, custom 208 crossmember I got from Stallion 85, and 38" TSL's. Factory boring stuff is NP208,TBI 305 and an SM 465. Right now I am working on making bumpers and sliders.
Next mod will be hydro assist..

That's ok, 'cause with age comes wisdom. So they'll dump those jeeps and get a decent rig, but hey.....we all had to learn!:D

I have not had any problems been on there for 3 years. I would put some mesh on the top of the rail it becomes real slick when wet:eek1:
